The Mission of the GCMS High School Media Center is  to empower students to develop lifelong skills for problem solving

using various types of media and strategies within and without the physical doors of the media center.   

Your High School Media center is equipped  with 8 PC's and 31 laptops, all networked for your assignments. 

We house over 9000 books, selective databases, periodicals and other pieces of information to enhance your

learning experience. This is a media center in which information access, critical analysis, creative thinking, and

collaborative projects which can flourish with the help of the staff.

The media center is open each school day from 7:30 am. until 4:00 pm.  We encourage our students to seek out

assistance to pursue school related projects, research, and personal reading interests.
